Disclaimer
All orders are processed in the order of which they are received, fastest processing is via online ordering. General Disclaimer: due to the near custom nature of Offroad products and fabricated components, it may sometimes require minor fitting of components. While Big Country Customs test fits every product we sell, it does not always mean every vehicle is the same. Installation will sometimes require grinding, prying, test fit, tack welding, re-torque, alignment, etc in moderation. Installation shops are generally capable of such process’s and familiar with them. Should you feel you are not capable of the installation process, you will need to seek competent installation. Big Country Customs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Big Country Customs does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations
In no event shall Big Country Customs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lemon Stand’s Internet site, even if Big Country Customs or a Big Country Customs authorized representative has been notified verbally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Big Country Custom’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Big Country Customs does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Big Country Customs may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Big Country Customs does not however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Product Application
Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Big Country Customs are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Big Country Customs strongly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.

Governing Law
Any claim relating to Big Country Customs’ web site shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia in Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, shipping prices are not always exact, do to conditions out of our control. All orders in Canada are shipped by Purolator, Canpar, Fed Ex, UPS, or Day and Ross Freight with tracking information. If your order requires special attention, there may be additional handling charges. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the next business day. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder.

Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship – except for orders paid through PayPal.com. Payments made through PayPal.com will be charged immediately. Big Country Customs has no control over this. If you would like a tracking number, please E-mail sales@bigcountrycustoms.com include your name and order number.

Refund Policy
Any Return is subject to 30% restocking fee. Returns accepted only with a return authorization by Big Country Customs. All returns must have invoice # printed on the outside of the package. No returns on custom machined, fabricated or Special ordered parts we do not normally stock. Returns must be in the original packaging, original condition, no paint, not installed and not damaged. Returns that have been installed or modified will be returned to the sender at their expense. Big Country Customs takes no responsibility on Shipping/Handling charges. No returns for any reason after 30 days. If a part is believed to be incorrect, we require that the part be returned to us at customers expense until we receive the part and inspect it. All parts shipped from Big Country Customs run through a check list and are in complete good condition before they leave our facility. Packages that are damaged in transit and may have missing parts are not the responsibility of Big Country Customs, they are of the carrier. You must make a claim with the carrier. If you need replacement parts before the claim is final, you will need to purchase new parts. If Big Country Customs receives a claim check, we will issue in store credit to you. You must notify missing or non-correct parts to Big Country Customs within 48 hours of the package delivery date. Parts not disclosed within this time frame are the customers situation.
