Flat Bed Kit. A Flatbed Kit is a great way to keep the utility of a flatbed, while gaining extra clearance for maneuvering in tight spaces. Made on Trail-Gears own CNC Tube Bender, we used 1.75 Inch O.D. by 0.120 wall DOM tubing to make it as strong as possible.

A main feature of this kit is the indented sides. This reduces the chance of tires rubbing the side of the bed, even if you are running 40.0 Inch tires and a rear link kit. The headache rack was designed to allow its integration into the future construction of an Exo cage if desired.

If preferred, the builder has the option to cut the cross tubes and narrow the headache rack to fit behind the cab with the provided 1.5 Inch O.D by 0.120 wall by 8.0 Inch DOM tube sleeves.

We have also included our Chromoly Interlocking Tube Clamps to allow this kit to bolt-on and bolt-off. This kit makes a great starting platform for whatever your needs may be. Deck not included. This kit requires cutting, welding, and minor fabrication skills. This kit requires cutting off the back of your frame.
